Absoluut zeer slecht engels bij de receptie. Lost in translation. Zelfs in binnenland sprak men beter Engels. Zelfs met de vertaalprogramma bleef het moeilijk

Building was grand. Hotel staff were wonderful, and very quick to help out. Room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed.

The aircon didn't work well in the rooms I had. But the staff were really quick to try and fix, and also add portable air coolers to make it comfortable.

Bardzo dobry hotel blisko lotniska, mila obsluga znajaca jezyk angielski

Kierowca shuttel busa wysadzil nas na zlym terminalu na lotnisku, ani slowa nie potrafi zrozumiec lub powiedziec po w zadnym jezyku oprocz chinskiego

The bathroom didnt have bidet. Maybe they can install the Japaneese Style of bidet .
