"Family holiday!"

This was our second stay at this hotel, and compared to our first visit, we noticed a decline in service standards. Although we clearly indicated that our booking was for a family of four, the amenities provided were consistently set up for only three guests. I called on the first day to request additional items and expected this to be corrected the following day, but it was not. As a result, I stopped requesting and made do with what was available. We also observed that housekeeping staff entered the room wearing their shoes. Additionally, we had requested firm pillows, but those provided were not sufficiently firm, so we ended up purchasing our own. It seemed that housekeeping noticed this, but no one followed up with us. On a positive note, the breakfast service was good, and the staff were attentive. However, the concierge service was also less welcoming compared to our previous stay. Considering the rate of $500 per night, we are unsure if we will choose to stay here again next year.

The bathroom was an absolute dream!! If we get our next house built, it's exactly what I want. The view was stunning and the service you couldn't fault. I will definitely love to stay again. Also......the buffet breakfast is AMAZING!!!!!

The only thing I can think of that I wasn't 100% on, and it's only my personal preference, was the bed was a little hard for me. But like I said, that's just personal preference, a lot of people prefer their beds to be more on the firmer side.

The location is great and the staff are always exceptional.

Almost everything about this property is great. The only fault, double beds seem so outdated, queen bed should be a minimum.

"Romantic Downtime"
