Paying $1300 for a suite for 1 night and unable to check into our room until 5pm because it wasn't ready, was advised it was because its a long wknd (not my problem). Having a 4 year old in tow while waiting in the club for hours for our room that I was told was made a priority to be ready, was not a fun experience. Our evening plans went out the window and we were unable to enjoy the room when we got there as we were annoyed and tired. A disappointing experience with no apology or attempt to make right other than a $30 bottle of wine.

The venue and I think we got a room upgrade as had a lovely view. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Nice pool albeit very cold day to swim

Having to wait to get into room in a milestone birthday, very dim lighting for elderly people with mobility issues. Start cabinets where glassware etc kept.
