I paid by bookings dot come, as it asked, they took my credit card when I checked in I advised them showed its been paid on bookings, my bank account. They said opnly taking my card for 100 they actually took full night, adbvised in morning still not corrected 5 DAYS LATTER UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS - basically you stole my funds . We advised would be in late, so completmentary cheese looked like left out since 12miday we got in at 11 pm which we advised. Stayle discussting. for 1500 a night. No cups in rooms no cultery to make a drink terrible

"Amazing staycation"

Everything. The staff were so welcoming. The little touches to my best friends birthday with a cake and card were so special even at the Spa. She felt so special. The room upgrade was such a special touch. We loved it.

Nothing. I just couldn't figure out how to turn on the extractor fans so that the bathroom steam could be extracted. But everything was perfect.
