"Excellent service and facilities, clean and new."

Facilities were new and very clean. Spacious room with great view, there were various choice of pillows to meet guests' needs, bed was comfy. Love the hair dryer and the alarm clock. The hotel should consider adding these 2 items to sell at the souvenir corner. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Very convenient location with the underground train station just at the door front of the hotel.

Nothing much around the area, mostly business buildings, but not a big issue as the underground train station is just around the corner, shopping mall is just one station away.

"Pleasant"

Hotel blocked my credit card with a deposit- fine ...but as I decided to invite my business partners for dinner, the waiter declined to book my dinner invoice to my room number because it exceeded the deposit... embarrasing. No english knowledge most of the Hotel crew. Hotel is offering WLAN but it didn´t work at all...no chance to make my home work to at least work on my emails....NO GO !!!!!
