CRITICAL SECURITY BREACH. At night, two unknown men entered our locked room (no. 12) and ran away as soon as they were spotted. We had to barricade the door with chairs. The room has absolutely no inside manual lock, and the keycard system clearly does not work if strangers could just walk in (the host claims the logs show no entry). After checkout, the host stopped responding and ignored the issue completely. Reported to Booking support. I strongly advise against staying here if you value your safety.
