AUKeypad entry for everything was easy and convenient. The integrated lighting system is a really good modern feature and is enhanced by the recessed ceiling with LED uplights. The luxury styling of the apartment was very impressive with a modern twist on a kind of old world charm. The beds are super comfortable which is really important. The blockout curtains on the hidden track are also a really great feature.

AUWe had a wonderful stay at Arbour Hotel Toowoomba. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and exactly as shown in the photos. The ambiance throughout the property was warm, modern, and inviting, making for a very comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and the self-check-in process was seamless. Even without a front desk, everything was well organised, reliable, and easy to navigate. In our opinion, this is the best hotel in Toowoomba. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
Could have new hairdryer as the one we had was sticky.
AULots of room and the balcony was fantastic. Furnishings/decor gave the apartment a feeling of luxury. Secure. Good location. Hosts were fantastic - proactive and responsive.
The AV smart control was not intuitive and had significant lagging. Too dificult.
AUThe apartments were well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was available. Electronic key lock meant we could come and go without debating who needed to carry the key. A nice selection of toiletries was available. The place is perfect t for a short or longer stay.
The basement carpark is a bit tight and sqeezy especially for larger vehicles - but you get used to it.
