TITAN HOTEL - Formerly known as Golden Lotus Central Hotel

The room, although windowless, had all the essentials and was relatively clean.

Called the hotel before we booked it through Booking.com as we wanted to hear if early check-in was available. The lady/owner of the hotel on the phone offered us to book directly so the price would be lower. We were offered 220,000VND instead of 320,000VND on Booking, which we agreed to. Once we arrived, we were offered the same price as on Booking, meaning that they avoid platform costs, but still charge more, essentially costing more for the customer. The service we were provided with was simply a scam.

We only stayed for one night but would definitely not have minded staying longer. A very nice, clean and modern room, with really comfortable beds. Looks exactly like on the pictures.

Not much! No restaurant as advertised (false advertising) NO soundproofing rooms again false advertising. Wasn’t really clean. They definitely do not deserve a 8 rating which is boosted by a buffet that doesn’t exist. And definitely not a 3 star hotel more 1 star level

The prices are reasonable to your lower budget everything is quite okay in general. However the soundproof is very poor I can’t have a well night sleep, if you’re going to pick this property you might need to reconsider as compared to others.

Location was good. Room was nice and clean. Value for money.
