SpringHill Suites by Marriott Suwanee Johns Creek

Breakfast was horrible they put out 5 strips of I don’t know what it was eggs were watery no fresh bagels just wasn’t what I would of expected coming from Marriott

My room bathroom floor was chipped up crumbly sinking in fallen into crumbs. The Tile was broken and damaged and the Shower leaked water heavily out to the floor that needed major attention I don’t know how that particular room was available. That was dangerous and ludicrous! I didn’t want to complain because that room should have been off limit so that tells me no one cares. The Housekeepers had to have seen and felt the floor sinking in and all broken up all I can say is Wow. A waste of 400.00 and a lessen learned!! Won’t be back

The suite was very spacious and clean. I felt comfortable taking my clothes out of my bag and hanging them up in the walk in closet. I felt relatively safe. The pool was nice. The breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed in I believe. Coffee was very good. It was located right in between the two people I was there to visit. Great price for a great place.

I had trouble with the key card. Sometimes it took several minutes for it to respond and allow me in. The front desk gave me a different one but it didn’t make a difference. Thankfully I did feel safe otherwise I would have been frantic trying to get it to work. I would have liked a bit brighter lighting for reading in bed or in the sitting area. One thing that did make me feel unsafe was the ends of the upper hallways have large windows overlooking the side entrance. A man was standing in the window on the phone one night when I parked and went in. That made me a little uncomfortable.
