Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and clean. We were able to secure a late checkout with ease.

The only good thing about our stay was the location of the hotel. It was easy to commute from there to restaurants and shopping centers.

Despite its clean, updated lobby and exteriror, the hotel was one of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed. The sink and tub were obviously not cleaned before we arrived. There were crumbs and large chunks of snacks from the front door to the beds. The sink filled with water and took forever to drain. The toilet had urine on it. The matress on the pull out couch had urine stains, dead skin, and hair on it. Lastly, I tried to contact the front desk and room service and never got a response via phone. My last resort was to physically go to the front desk which was unoccupied each time I went. When I checked out, I voiced these concerns to the front desk manager who could do nothing except give me an email of someone in corperate who has yet to answer me. On top of all this, the front desk manager attempted to charge me for an extra room and did not correct it until I came back inside the building upon realizing the extra charge. DO NOT book this hotel.
