UMBRELLA BEACH APARTMENTs

Lovely view of the beach from apartment , comfy bed. Lots of cupboard space. Handy kitchen , good shower. Staff were lovely

Air con set at 18 degrees lowest room still felt warm but weather was very hot.

The location

We originally booked for 3 people but had to add a 4th last minute. A 4-person room was available online for just €13 more, but due to the no-change policy, we couldn’t upgrade via the app. Instead, we were charged €50 in cash, and when we asked for a receipt, they simply said no. While it was better than being forced to make a whole new reservation, it still felt like they took advantage of the situation.

Room was clean and staff were friendly

Pool and bar was closed for first 2 days and stair case in apartment was dangerous

The location was excellent right onto the beach. Not too far from the bus stop to walk to and to bars and restaurants. A balcony looked on to the swimming pool and beyond that the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with a sandwich toaster and toaster and kettle. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Everything was good except the shower was over the bath so it was difficult for us to use being disabled.

Really friendly staff, manager fun and relaxed, always accessible. Cleaner always smiling and friendly!

Beach not the best but that is the same with all of Kavos, great beach only 30 mins walk away

I hadn't expected too much but i was met by Sarah at reception who was lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool area is clean and pretty with views of the ocean and Island beyond. My room was bigger than expected with a balcony and amazing views and the whole complex and location to the events i was going too was perfect. Greek people are wonderful. I've booked for next year.

Location was excellent. Close to everything yet far from the noise. The staffs were just soo kind! You could tell they genuinely care about their residents. The beachfront view was a fantastic addition no doubt. All in all, just an excellent choice for our week long trip in Kavos!
