Доброжелательный администратор! Всегда была открыта к решению вопросов, помогла сориентироваться по местности и достопримечательностям, заведениям! В номере чистота, комфортно! По мнению моего супруга, как он переступил порог этого чудесного отеля, почувствовал заботу и уют от администрации. Апартаменты это отдельная сказка, которая вас погружает в полноценный комфорт и отдых!!!

Gala is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting the city. Young woman who is running the hotel (perhaps she is the owner as well) is very hands-on and accommodating, ensuring that guests have a smooth and relaxing experience. She goes the extra mile by providing travel guides and suggesting the best and most affordable transportation options. The rooms are super-cleaned and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a perfect location, is clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel is just few steps from the main square. The girl at the reception is doing her best to solve any problem we had. The room is clean with a modern bathroom. It was a good choice.

Incredibly warm and helpful Tatia, the owner of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and in my case, the room had a huge terrace with an amazing view. Definitely exceeded my initial expectations.
