My room did not have an openable window

Excellent situation géographique. Joliment décorée. La salle de bain très agréable avec les produits de haute qualité. Le lit très confortable. Très au clame malgré d'être au coeur de la vieille ville. Personnel très sympathique.

Ik had een extra boeking gedaan in 9 uur ochtend. Nu zegt manager dat het out check tijd was out check tijd is 11.00 . Housekeeping blijkbaar een telefoon vergeten op mijn hotelkamer. Ik had een migraine aanval op die tijd 09 00 uur die ochtend. Steeds gestoord te worden door Housekeeping En dan nog zeggen out check tijd was

早餐很豐富 員工很親切 地理位置很好 17號公車下車只要步行兩分鐘 走出去就是商場 到哪裏都很方便 雨傘忘在房間 check out後再回去找 櫃檯很熱心幫我找 還倒一杯水讓我坐旁邊等房務員拿下來 很值得推薦的一間飯店

進房間需爬幾層階梯 因為膝蓋開過刀 感覺有些不方便 雖然自己疏忽 訂房時忘了註明 但如果在訂房網房型說明中有提醒需爬樓梯會更好 讓旅客訂房時可以選擇要不要訂這個房間

Location is perfect. Nice decor.

The hotel has a cool design and the standard is generally high. It’s placed very centrally in the city and I also thought the breakfast was excellent.

The biggest downside for us was the window in our room on 303, which did not resemble the pictures at all. It was high up and we could not look out of it. I will add a picture. The pillow was also too high for my liking and there was an annoying cold breeze in the bathroom
