Spectacular Views: Be it from your tent, the restaurant, or the viewpoint, the panoramas are heart-stoppingly beautiful. A sunrise view here is worth waking up early for. 3. Pristine Property: The resort grounds are immaculate, well-kept, and beautifully landscaped. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between serenity and vitality. 4. Top-Notch Hospitality: The staff, especially Abhirami at the front desk and Prabin in the restaurant, are worth special mention. They personify the resort's commitment to service – always attentive, endlessly polite, and incredibly helpful. Their smiles and professionalism significantly elevate the overall experience. 5. Entertainment: The restaurant's live music is a delightful touch, creating a vibrant atmosphere, while the open campfires at night bring about a cozy charm to the mountain evenings. 6. Hi-Tea Experience: The Hi-Tea at the viewpoint is a delightful affair and is highly recommended.

1. Food Quality: While most aspects of the stay impressed, the food quality was average and could benefit from a bit of elevation. 2. Pool Maintenance: The beautiful infinity pool unfortunately lacked in maintenance. While guests should ideally respect the rules, the resort must have vigilant staff on-hand to enforce them. The water quality left much to be desired. While there were clearly stated rules and a dress code for the pool, many guests disregarded them. We even noticed some children in the pool still wearing diapers, which was quite uncomfortable to see 3. Pool Amenities: The absence of towels and attentive staff around the pool area was a noticeable lapse. For a pool that boasts such visual appeal, the experience around it should match its aesthetics.

Complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet were awesome. Delicious food. In-room snacks were not chargeable. Enough activities to keep occupied. Serene atmosphere.

Pool was super cold. It should have been temperature-controlled considering cold climate of Wayanad.

Variety in breakfast buffet and dinner buffet was too good. Staff was very well behaved. Resort has it's own hiking trail to reach Cheengeri mala peak.

Pretty much liked everything. There was nothing that I didn't like there.
