Humala Guest House

Convenient and comfortable. Clean and with sufficient space. Good 'common area' outside, on this top-floor. Very quiet and peaceful. Exceptionally kind and helpful senior staff-member (owner, I presume?). The best customer-service.

Toilet/shower facilities cramped and far-from-ideal - but this was due to the slope of the ceiling, given that the room's up in the loft. Otherwise OK. Pricing wasn't great value-for-money ......... but then, this IS the €uro-zone, unfortunately.

Good location, room looked comfortable and had king size bed. From my room there was access to balcony. Shower had a hot water.

There were "BED BUGS" in my room and there were many and they were angry... close to immediately when we went to bed it was like You laid into nettles (so my GF thought, that bed linens were worked with heavy chemicals... as we didn't notice bed bugs immediately and bed linens were pure white, so no obvious signs for the bed bugs - anyway my GF took off just after 40 minutes and went to her mum). I tried to sleep, but it was close to impossible, about 3 hours of restless and itchy sleep I finally caught the bed bugs, and there were many of them... Around 4 a.m. I had enough and I took off and went to sleep in my rental car... Staying in Humala Guest House was definitely a waste of money, and definitely not a good sleep (I was surprised that I haven't seen no-one here complaining of bed bugs - but I guess it's easy to mix them with mosquitos especially in summer time) seeing however, how many there was I guess infestation has been problematic long time!!! Therefore really surprising such a good reviews and scores

All reviews were nice so I did book the place was quite cheap. Room was nice, comfortable bed, shower had hot water, freezer in the room, but close to immediately when laid in bed, heavy itching, like gang of mosquitos has been released (I know the signs of bed bugs)… so I tried to sleep in it, but it was intolerable, so when I throw away pillow and planket, there was so many bed bugs… I was shocked (and I am Estonian), we are not easily agitated!!! So around 4 o’clock in the morning took my things and went to sleep in my car

Location was OK.

My room was tiny, barely bigger than a bed. Toilet was even smaller. There was no kettle in my room despite being mentioned as amenity. Sound isolation was nonexistent either. Group of people was chatting and drinking outside of my room (area with seats and table). It lasted until almost 2am. There was nobody to reach out to keep peace.

Room was fine. Clean. Plenty hot water. Toilet and shower clean and efficient. Lounge was fine and comfy. Liked outside area. Location was fine. Bus stop close.

Never saw any staff. The reception never opened. The bar and restaurant which was advertised never happened. Tea and coffee making was advertised but there were no cups or teaspoons. There were no toiletries or hairdryer as advertised. A second towel would have been welcomed and a change of towels mid week. I had difficulty with entry system. Luckily there were some men that helped me.

Oir window was MOULDY. Not just little but the whole room was covered in a mouldy smell. It is o ly a right thing to make a report to healt inspection, because this was awful and extremelt dangerous thing to do. Cannot imagine what the owners think - unexeptable to take money for this thst you sleep in mould filled room.

Good location. Simple communication.

A room with large windows to the south. After the sun rise, the room was too bright and warm to sleep. The fridge did not work properly and was leaking.
