Wohlfühlhaus Immenstaad

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and the hotel itself is quiet. We stayed 2 nights. Parking was available very close to the property. The owner has a massage therapy business there and the ambience throughout the guesthouse reflects it. Our room was a bit small for 2 people, but it was very clean and comfortable. There was a loft in the room that we did not use. The bathroom for our room was located outside of the room but was for our use only. The breakfast area was lovely. It was bright and cheery with large windows overlooking a yard where guests can also go. An affectionate pet cat wandered around, adding to the homey feeling The breakfast selection was wonderful, there were many breakfast items as well as cheeses, meats and some vegetable selections. Soft boiled eggs were served upon request.

Bettina is a great host and we had a wonderful stay at her guesthouse. The location is very convenient and the house is beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Bettina also offers wellness services and I highly recommend them.

Nice place with quiet location, not directly at lake, very friendly and respectful owner, very good breakfast. The room was comfortable, with separate entry, equipped with small kitchen inclusive capsule coffee machine.

Everyone will be surprised with extra local tax charges that was not allowed on Booking then you check out.. Very laud noise all night  going from refrigerator, looks like owner don't know about that. Best breakfast was  disappointed when we was asked how many eggs we would eat, we answered that each adult would eat two pieces, she told us :it was not normal to eat more than 1 piece  pro person(I think this not works for Residents who eat an omelette or  more then 4 eggs one's))
