We enjoyed our stay

The staff where amazing many issues I had where sorted in seconds they where always about to help and be there when needed just one call away

Bed had hairs in and was clearly unclean, mould on walls and mattress looked about 20 years old and severly stained. Manager asked us to leave before we could take any more photos and did not refund when we refused to stay there.

No hot water. The property was in bad condition. Second hand furniture. No ensuite rooms, so expensive even if it was a nice place. Bathroom toilet seat was very lose. Park at the railway station for 50p a day.

The staff member who I dealt with went above and beyond what was expected and so helpful and friendly.

This place is terrible. It’s a dump. The room was dirty. It did not have an en suite bathroom the bathroom down the hall. The toilet didn’t work and there was no hot water. It was really really terrible. No one should stay there.

It was like an AirBnB setup, all you had was a bed for the night
