AUGreat value guest house in Thamel - walking distance to some of the key sites such as Kathmandu Durbar Square and the Royal Palace, and lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff are very friendly and accommodating, and offer meals for purchase. Recommend for those looking for a cheaper stay in Thamel.

IEThe boys at reception were extremely welcoming and friendly ..Always ready to help with anything ...felt like being at home ..like being with friends ! Bed was very comfortable..and clean . Hot hot water 24 hours 😄
It was cool in the room ..sun doesnt shine on the building...but thats just because its in a quiet little alleyway..cant be helped.
TH1. Great and helpful staff. At all times of the night if needed. They have room service with decent food and really good Tibetan pancakes. If that does not serve your hunger, there is a Chinese restaurant with bar 1 meter from the entrance with delicious food. 2. Clean and good smell from the lounge to the rooms. Clean, bedsheets and towels. Beds also really soft and comfortable. 3. Good location with all your needs just outside the entrance. Lot of taxis and rickshaws. 4. Price for stay is also an dealbreaker. Highly recommended for tourists and backpackers.
Work going on in neighbour building. (Just small maintenance, so this probably finished in a month or two) This is only at daytime so not disturbing at night time.
GBStaff changed my room immediately to the quieter side of the building upon my request. Good location in Thamel; very convenient for many facilities.
