It's great, cute and cozy place to stay in Ninh Binh. The place has a very good location with a lot of restaurants around. It's only 5 years old and the facilities are like new. The breakfast is made there by the owner and the mango pancakes are amazing. You can rent a scooter or a bike there as well if you want to discover a bit more. It's a fantastic real local place with a very welcoming family. We were even invited to their dinner on Saturday :)

We really enjoyed this place. The homestay is run by a young family. They are cheerful, polite, and helpful. At the time of our visit they breakfast was included. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable mattresses. They offer a laundry service and for a small amount, is possible to take bikes. The area is quiet, close to the central street and within walking distance from eating places, a pharmacy, and fruit shops.

Super clean! Very very worth the price paid. Super homely vibes and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing- I will miss the banana pancakes! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in ninh binh in part because of this accommodation. I hope to come back in future and stay here again :)

Maybe just at night there are no street lamps so it can be a bit scary if sun has set and you are riding bike/ walking in. But we took taxi so there was no problem

Very lovely individual rooms with a really nice view of the area. I had so many vietnamese coffee here. It was really good. We rented a bicycle from the owners and when to explore. It is right in the middle between the boats of Trang An and Mua cave, so it is very convenient.
