The room was cleaned daily, the AC was working, as well as the mini fridge. It was OK, but expensive for what it had to offer.

Our room was the last one on the floor and was directly behind the exhaust pipe from the Woo Bar, which worked from 9 am to 10 pm every day. That meant that it was always very noisy during the day and mostly very smelly like an industrial kitchen. The TV was not working, and after it was confirmed by the staff, they didn't bother to try to fix it or change it. The beds were comfy at first, but they're made of foam, which meant that after some time, we sunk in the position taken. The description says that the place is run by a Swiss couple, but it is run by Philippino women. So, not to expect an older couple behind the counter. It is not good value for the money, but it feels like it is the norm in the Philippines. High price for a low quality.

Could have better house cleaning, and have laundry service, little things like lights not working properly, bad smells in room and bathroom, bed sheets smell bad and could have had better bed sheets, air conditioning temperamental,
