Saya diminta membuat bayaran melalui WhatsApp secara tunai sehari dua sebelum tarikh check in. Saya tidak berbuat demikian kerana takut ianya scammer. Kebiasaanya jika tempahan melalui booking.com byrn akan auto deduct melalui credit card yg saya berikan. Apabila tiba di motel tersebut bilik yg telah saya tempah utk 3 org kira2 2 bulan yg lalu telah diberikan kpd orang lain. Saya berasa sgt marah dan hampir bertengkar. Nasib saya agak baik kerana masih ada 1 bilik utk 2 org yg masih kosong . Bayangkan kami tempah utk tujuan konvokesyen anak di UUM sejak 2 bulan yg lalu.... Ini adalah pengalaman ngeri saya berurusan dgn owner motel tersebut....saya TIDAK AKAN MENYEWA di sini pd masa akan dtg.

Overall...the hotel cancel my booking with any telling me anything..we already on the way to the hotel..I called hotel to tell them I will be arrived a bit late around 5pm...but the operator told us booking already cancelled due to the hotel was fully book...sucks hotel ..not recommend at all👎👎👎👎

staff friendly. location motel senang cari kalau utk org luar. ada kedai siam favourite saya time study uum dulu. siapa stay sini boleh try mee celup siam tu hehe.

bilik air berbau sikit, mungkin dari lubang tu kot. harap owner boleh check sbb bila bukak pintu je berbau
