"Upgrade the basic facilities such as free coffee n tea, mirror in the room , jug k and mineral water"

Restaurant is around the corner

Very minimal facilities…no free coffee, no mineral water, no jug kettle and even worst…..no mirror in the room….rely on mirror in the bathroom. We asked for hot water…owner asked to take from the reception which is locate in different building

there was no bottled water, no tea and coffee making facilities, very old room, with walls with old water marks
