We had a great stay, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The shuttle stop is in front of the hotel. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

The owners were amazing and very sweet. The Wi-Fi was okay in my room and very good in the outdoor common area. I was the only guest my first night there, which was a little strange. My room was not in a cabin at all, which was a little disappointing. I think my room was right under where the owners maybe live (?) so I could hear them pretty often. It was clean, kitschy, and cute.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was creepy, it was very dark, smelled musty, minimal towels, shower faucet was weird. Needed a plunger and went to get one and the lady said she would do it.. weird. My sisters room had a tub/shower in the living area(small) toilet up on a throne with a door. Just weird.

What an unbelievable find! We absolutely loved this place! So cozy and very convenient to all things in Eureka Springs!
