El olor del cuarto y a pesar de ser viejo podrían adecuarlo mejor

Es un sitio muy agradable, máximo porque ya colocaron la decoración navideña, y es todo un espectáculo de luces y color. la atención es excelente , la familia que atiende es muy querida, cálida y respetuosa. el desayuno es delicioso. sin duda alguna. volveremos a hospedarnos aquí. super recomendado para quien quiera espacio tranquilo, cómodo y acogedor. agradecemos mucho la atencion.

Está en un lugar seguro, es muy céntrico en relación a los pueblitos entre Salento, Filandia y Montenegro.

No tiene estacionamiento privado, sin embargo estacionamos en la calle frente a la entrada controlada por cámaras de vigilancia.

Nos pareció excelente el hotel, el personal es supremamente amable, lo hacen sentir a uno como en casa, el desayuno delicioso y bastante completo, definitivamente lo super recomendamos.

I booked a single room and when I checked in they asked me if I wanted a bigger room for the same price. The room was big and clean with a chair and a fan and TV. The bathroom was big and has an amazing shower, with high pressure hot shower. The best shower I have known. The included breakfast was excellent with many choices! When I was leaving I needed to get to Pereira, the guy helped me and walked with me to the Flota Occidental bus stop, thanks for that!

This is more of a Homestay than a Hotel. When I arrived I had to wait outside until someone who spoke English came. This might just be a misunderstanding, because I don't speak Spanish.

Was charged more than booking.com offered me. Breakfast is only till 9am. For a Sunday morning is pretty early . After checking out about 30 mins later , had the need to used their bathroom and one of the stuff / owner member had a problem with that and after using it , made an inappropriate remark.

It is a family run hotel and the owners and the staff are very nice and helpful. They did everything in their hands to facilitate our stay. We stayed over the period of New Year's Eve and they included us in their celebration. It was great!

You feel like you are part of the family.
