Location/ quiet / close to Bus stop 12/ excellent kitchenett n amenites, including dish washing and clothes washing n drying machines.

Wet bathroom after showering. Needs new pillows and duvet covers. Also, a warmer blanket will be v useful. Would have liked better quality 3-ply toilet tissues, instead of the one-ply very thin ones provided. Fresh new carpet in living ropm can help to add colour & luxury to the apartment.

Spacious , clean and a good convenient location, next to the Foss Reykyavik Hotel. Adequate cooking facilities , with toaster,microwave , and washing machines for dishes and clothes. Plates & cutlery too. Nice surprise was the pile of blue kitchen napkins, which we used extensively. Great ! Also, very quiet n close to Laugavegur Street. Tour Bus Stop 12 just near by. Quite a few Thai eateries within easy walking distance.

The shower area !! Not properly enclosed, resulting in a very wet bathroom floor, every time we showered. Very exasperating to say the least. Shower pressure can be stronger. The duvet covers need replacement, and the pillows as well.

Excellent place. Highly recommend.

Sofa bed mattress had stains on it and was springy and wasn’t comfortable.

Great centrally located property - walkable to key parts of Reykjavík’s tourist and commercial hubs. The property comfortably sleeps 5. Nice upgrades appliances and amazing covered porch with a view of the grounds. Plenty of good restaurants right under the property - or a quick walk to the Main Street. Wish we had more days on this trip to enjoy this property.

Very clean and nice location.

Property seemed new and access was easy. Shower design wasn't great as it allowed water to come out. Only paid street parking was available but was free at night. Kitchen

Property was in excellent condition. Location was about 20 minutes walking to main tourist area. Parking was located nearby.

Great location and plenty of space for a family of 5. Was plenty warm during the winter, even with a window open.

Host was not very communicative about fixing the dryer that was broken when we arrived. Host came to the apartment unannounced to inspect the dryer and didn't communicate about the progress of fixing the dryer.
