It’s very confusing to find our “hotel “. It’s not a hotel it’s apartment which is fine but we did not get notice how to access the apartment. It’s take about 30 min. The big dissatisfaction it’s communication. We never got bedding linens. But area is very good

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, and the subway system so it was super easy to get around. My only negative feedback is around communication... because it is an apartment with no front desk, there was always a 1-2 day drlay in any inquiries. So we were left trying to figure some things out on our own. Woul go back to stay there again, mostly because of the location.

フロントはなく、宿泊当日に部屋番号とドアの4ケタの暗証番号のメールが届き、直接部屋に入室します。2泊しましたが、その間、清掃はありませんでした。 チェックアウト11時で、帰国が夜の便だったため、スーツケースを預かってもらえないかとエクスペディアのメッセージで相談したら、午後早めの時間までだったらOKと対応してもらえました。 チェックアウト後の清掃は別料金の記載がありますが、ゴミを拾ったりまとめたりするだけでしたが、何も言われませんでした。 ソウルのマンション住んでいるような気分で、 また利用したいと思います。

Amazing location, comfortable staying with family of 4. The staff answering all my questions in timely manner, everything was great! We will be back!

This is not hotel. This is officetel. The bed was terrible. Cheap bed. Loction was ok. If you like Gangnam. I will not stay here again Go to incheon much better price and nicer hotels.

Location was amazing. Great view. Great lighting. All amenities and items required for the stay were provided which was great. The stay was as expected.

Check-in was challenging. Its actually an apartment, more like an Airbnb. Didn't get the apartment check-in code till later, received on my request. Would generally be fine for guests, just make sure you understand the instructions for check in and have the apartment check in code for when you arrive. The actual apartment could have had more attention to detail paid to it. For constructive feedback - Exposed insulation near the window, loose screws in the bathroom - towel hanger, towels and face towels were provided, though a bathmat would have been helpful. The small details make a big difference to the experience.
