"Very unclean"

Our room was filthy! Blood on the sheets, someone's old cup in the fridge, paint flicking off the ceiling, stains on the side of the mattress, the tray where they put toiletries had gunk all over it. I almost slept in our vehicle. This is the only place that had an open room and now I know why.

"Health Hazard"

Friendly checkin although kind of a pain in that I had to fill out a bunch of information on a form. Not what I expected for the price. Hotel is run down and very outdated. Bed was a biohazard and not comfortable, basically worn out.

Glass in the parking lot, bugs in the room, old & scratched furniture, linens didnt seem clean. I thinkthe shower pressure was good? Can't remember cause I was distracted with the poor condition of everything else.

Low budget stay. Bed wasn't that comfortable. Overall it filled the need for an inexpensive accommodation. Front desk could have been more open to requests for additional bedding. Needs to also get roll-a-way beds for guest use.

"Patel Owned and awful experience. The owners are criminals! BEWARE!"

Upon checking in, I was asked by the front desk clerk if I had any pets. I said no. Per ADA guidelines, Service animals are working animals, not pets. Therefore, I answered the question correctly. I was not asked if I had any service animals. Upon entering my hotel room with both my registered service dogs, within 10 seconds my phone rang with the front desk clerk yelling and screaming to “ get the f&ck out of the hotel right now.” I tried to explain that they were nationally registered service dogs, and are used to help in the aid of my frequent seizures, however the irate hotel desk employee refused to listen to me so I could educate him on the situation. He screamed to get the f…. off the premises right that very second. Due to him being very hostile and refusing to listen to me, I decided it would be best to leave the property as he screamed at me to do with no further attempts to speak to him in a civil manner. He was obviously too upset to do so in a civilized manner. My debit card was charged the full 80 dollars, and not refunded. I was in the room for less that 10 seconds and kicked out for having registered service dogs. This charge is against the law and ADA rules. I have reported this hotel to the ADA as well as the Georgia Department of Public Health.

"DISGUSTING and very rude staff."

Would give 0 stars if I could. As soon as I walked in the room, I was disgusted. Floors, walls, furniture, everything was nasty. Employee was extremely rude when I asked if we could get another room or a discount or something. Very hateful and did not care at all. Especially after giving a $25 deposit.... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Don’t do it. The room looks nothing like the pictures. Beds say memory foam but are standard inner spring mattresses. It’s in the hood. Breakfast area closed. Key cards don’t work properly. You have to play with the sensor to get it to match. We are temperature sensitive and the AC did not cool the room, even though the clerk said he turned it on 8 hours ago. Owners were rude and left me a nasty message via Travelocity: For your information, the ac is a new piece. If you do not feel that air, we think you might need to sleep on ice. For the rooms, it was newly painted. If you do not have any place to stay, do not complain I have pictures of everything mentioned here, and if this inn were tied to a corporate entity, I would have sent them to that entity. I realize that the ownership of the inn is from a part of the world where temperatures stay above 100°F for 4-6 months out of the year, so the concept that cooling the room to 75° may seem like the room is cool to them, but, when told in advance that the travelers booking the room have legitimate medical needs for the room to be COOL, as in 65° or so, in order to not cough, gag and choke in their sleep, you do not lie to the traveler and state that the room and AC are cold. I never said the room wasn't painted... I said that it had not been CLEANED. with 1/8 of an inch of crud on the showers, floor edges, stains and debris under the sheets on the mattresses, and human skin flakes all over the floor...

Very clean and neat. Room 195 was very Quiet. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants and Walmart.
