Sehr gute Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Selbst Starthilfe bei knapp - 20° durch den Techniker des Hotels war kein Problem.

Parkgebühren für einen VW T6 für 35 € Pro Tag fand ich schon sehr viel !!!

Mooie ruime kamer met fijne badkamer in sfeervol hotelcomplex, goed geslapen, lekker ontbeten, maar het inchecken was wel een ‘hele expeditie’.

De bereikbaarheid is met het huidige auto-werende beleid van de stad een hopeloze zaak geworden met name (ook) voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn - dan wel lopen, al dan niet met bagage, niet zo fijn vinden. Om in te checken is het ook een flinke klim naar betreffende balie in het Bristol Palace Hotel. En zo dachten andere gasten die ik sprak er ook over. Personeel had me verteld dat ik er met een navigatiemiddel wel zou komen, maar je hebt kennelijk/blijkbaar ook een gastenkaart nodig om het incheckgedeelte met een auto te bereiken. Heb uiteindelijk m’n auto voor 300 Kronen/‘5-24 uur’ (prettig) gestald op een parkeerplaats aan het begin van het fameuze stadsdeel - en ben van daaruit met de ‘expeditie’ aangevangen; middels een aardige stadsbewoner kwam ik erachter waar het Bristol Palace Hotel zich bevindt. Niet meer aan het zwembad etc. toegekomen, heb ergens wat van een plezierig buffet genuttigd, vervolgens het fijne ligbad laten vollopen en erna goed geslapen.

Не плохое расположение, приветливый персонал, антуражные номера. В целом как отель где переночевать и отдохнуть, не плохо. Хороший завтрак который не надоест за несколько дней. Номера убранны и наличие ванны в номере это не сомнено плюс.

поменять систему карточек доступа которые работают через раз, как нам обьяснили они размагничиваются от соприкосновения с телефоном, что крайне не удобно. Само расположения обьектов внутри отеля это как квесты и задачи из residen evil что бы куда то дойти нужно пройти по лабиринтов из коридоров и кучу дверей открыть. Проблема с картами нас застала в тапочках и в халатак, мы находились в лифте и по итогу не смогли попасть обратно в номер, ни уехать на ресепшн, пришлось ходить и бродить ищя выход, ужасный опыт. Что касается спа комплекса, он оставляет желать лучшего, уставшие и изнощенное окружения, холодный бассейн и пахучие через одну работающие сауны, не советую рассматривать этот отель для отдыха в их СПА комплексе.

Bare in mind that there are six hotels linked with a systems of coridors and elevators. The parking and restaurant/breakfast is at Palace, the pool and sauna are between Tereza and Brisol, the bowling is at Georgy House and so on. The only place with receptionist is at Bristol Palace. I wished somebody told me earlier. It was a bit confusing at the begining, learning the labirinth to breakfast or sauna. But we took it as a memory exercise :-) . At least you don't have to walk outside. Bristol Hotel rooms are a bit old style but very clean, big, all functional, confy beds, heating system ok (outside was -8C). Breakfast was very good, many options with a nice view. Swimming pool was clean, the 2 type of saunas as well. Very good location. 5 min from the first collonade and springs.

I explictly wrote for a parking place when I booked the place, couple of days in advance. Arriving there, the staff was just saying that there was not such a request. I showed the message, the booking request, and the answer was "parking is full, no parking". I got a piece of paper with some parking alternatives (all full). In the end I parked the car in the Thermal Hotel parking (25EUR / day), 10-15 min away from Hotel Bristol. Therefore, my recomandation is to CALL IN ADVANCE and get a human-real-person confirmation about the parking place. Floor is a bit slippery in the pool/sauna area. Wear flip-flops with high grip. Communication with the reception staff was not optimal. English appears to be a third-priority language, after Russian and German. This seems to reflect a broader local pattern in Karlovy Vary, given the main client demographics.
