Essensio Hotel Düsseldorf

The staff is very friendly and everyone very competent. The gym is highly equipped, with latest technology equipment. Saunas very well clean and with beautiful views! I couldn’t have relaxed better.

Unfortunately the time-table for saunas and Fitness room is short. So if you would like to spend the day out and relax early morning or late evening on weekends, that’s not possible. On Sundays for example the sauna and the gym is open after 10 only so if you are an early-bird for workout, you can’t rely on sundays in there.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night. The hotel appears to have undergone recent renovations, and the room looks exactly like on the pictures and was very clean. Personnel was very polite, we were late for check-in and they stayed a bit longer to wait for us. This is much appreciated.

The facilities were excellent, our room was super comfortable, and very quiet, everything, including the sauna installations were impeccably clean, and the reception and service were also top-notch. It was a very relaxing stay. The sauna meister, Enzo, was very kind and made our experience pleasant!

This is an excellent place to stay. Very modern and clean, peaceful, friendly staff, good room, nice restaurant and a proper gym. I mean really a proper gym, not some BS fitness room. I highly recommend Essensio, in fact I asked if there were others.

Beautiful and large room which is tastefully decorated. Very nice shower. Comfortable bed. Overall very clean. I loved the toilet with integrated washing jet. Amazing fitness center, good breakfast. Generous amount of available parking spaces. My room had a large hot tub on the private balcony.

There was no light above bathroom mirror, making it difficult to shave (room 29). If you show up for breakfast at 9:30 on a weekday, there are only a few things remaining on the buffet and practically no service. Earlier breakfast was good.

the facilities was super nice! Gym and sauna with a nice nature view. very quite area. and i loved the pretty area with lot of nature.

breakfast... i stayed 5 nights, everyday the same meal and very simple. it would be good if there were more variation of anough vegatbales. but the bread was delicius though! 10 minutes walk from the station, and 8 minutes train to cental Dusseldorf. if you have enough time, i recommand this hotel!

The room was great, decorated with style, a very nice comfortable bed and the bathroom was big and had an amazing shower. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and the balcony was facing the forest. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast in the morning offers everything you can imagine. I even got gluten free bread. The staff is incredibly friendly ( from the cleaning staff , through the receptionists, the cook, the waitresses to the owner) The wellness is fantastic and the saunas with view in to the forest are just fantastic. If you are a sport friend, the hotel offers a huge fully equipped fitness center. The location is very quiet, still very well accessible.

Spacious, clean and nice room

Overpriced and really bad restaurant. The chef should find another profession. The waitress was very friendly though.
