"Ordered Kingsize but got two single beds"

The hotel´s location is super nice, and the restaurant´s breakfast was great.

We didn´t like that we booked a kingsize bed and got a room with two single beds. When we called the hotel´s staff, they claimed they didn´t even know, it is possible to book a kingsize (doublebed), and they sort of didn´t care. Also there is only one power socket near the beds. After breakfast, we were granted a discount of 100 kroner, which we are grateful for, but it doesn´t change the fact, that the hotel (Booking.com) sold a product not available. The mattresses in the beds were not good, we both woke up with back pain.

The setting on the edge of the oak wood was wonderful. It was also easy to walk down to the Hald Sjo and the parkland aroudn it.

The nearest shop was about a five minute drive away and not walkable (though I knew that when booking it might put some popel off)

"Not. hotel, just bed and breakfast. Dissppointing."

The nature around, Hald Lake etc.

Everything was closed, no possibility for dinner. No people in reception, reception closed
