La situation géographique, L'appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel, La réactivité du personnel et la communication.

Rue trés bruyante, Insonoristion inexistante, (on entend la cafetière du voisin du dessus, la douche du voisin,...) Le manque d'eau chaude le lundi matin, Les travaux dés 8h du matin, L'odeur de peinture dans l'immeuble, La mauvaise literie, le lit forme une cuve et on sent les ressorts du matelas.
