Staff and management owner will eat your goodmood.. most arrogant people you will ever meet in mahabaleshwar

No cleaning not hygienic no breakfast

Electricity was up down with in a hrs in such a hot climate tea table was very dirty n not clean after saying also not done n lots of black insects was there in bathroom crawling

Room was clean cozy and comfortable. The staff where friendly and helpful at all times during my stay. From a friendly or not The front office staff was informative and knowledgeable and guided me with all the facilities during my stay.

Our experience was very good the breakfast was amazing and staff was so helpful and kind rooms was clean and housekeeping staff was so good staff has brief us about the local markets

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Yummy breakfast taste is very good.. just loved it.. excited to revisit again. Had a lot of fun ...
