É literalmente custo benefício, bom e barato. Pelo valor que paguei achei bom.

Do quarto do meu amigo, a janela tinha saida pra um corredor que dava acesso a todos os quartos daquele lado, então zero confiança de deixar essa janela aberta pra circular ar ou coisa do tipo.

O quarto é confortável, mas a TV não é smart, a parede do box estava um pouco suja e as cobertas não estavam com cheiro ruim, mas não pareciam terem sido lavadas
