All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The presentation of the common areas excellent. The room was spacious, light and comfortable with everything needed.
The bathtub I showered in filled with water during use. Under scrutiny, a few tired aspects of the decor, but still very good for Nepal (sorry)

Breakfast was good,thanks to the egg station.Location of hotel good, lovely staff, very attentive and friendly.Junior suite was spacious.only complaint was the fridge, which was replaced but still did not keep drinks cool,let alone cold.The cleaning lady was excellent and provided extra water as we requested, promptly.
The bathroom was a disappointment.The shower was over a bathtub and difficult to get in and out. We would have preferred a stand alone shower and a more roomier bathroom. Also room service after 10.00pm menu was abysmal. No sandwiches.
