The location is outstanding. 7min distance walking to the beach. The fact that the 4 apartments were for the whole group make it a really private and comfortable stay.

Sofa bed and the insides weren’t that clean. Aside from that, everything was tidy and clean.

habia ropa en la lavadora del anterior cliente, piso en planta calle que no avisaba en el anuncio, abrias la ventana del salon y parecia que se te iban a meter en el apartamento .el tranvia pasando enfrente hasta las 3 de la mañana, no habia utensilios para cocinar.

Direkte Strand Lage, viele Bars & Restaurants in der Umgebung, Bus und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür

Die Raumaufteilung geht aus den Bildern absolut nicht hervor, das dritte Bett ist auf der anderen Seite der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, das einzige Fenster ist zur Straße heraus auf Höhe des Bürgersteigs. Die Wohnung war dreckig und abgewohnt-viele Gebrauchsspuren an Wänden und Möbeln. Die Klimaanlage macht knackende Geräusche auch nach dem ausschalten. Die Terrasse war absolut dreckig, es standen alte Putzmaterialien herum und es gibt keine Terrassenmöbel, außerdem kam ein ekliger Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Einzig praktisch ist die Wäscheleine. Im Bad schimmelt es, insbesondere der duschvorhang und der Abfluss riecht widerlich. Die Küche ist mit wenig Materialien ausgestattet immerhin gab es Müllbeutel und Seife Preisleistung ist lächerlich !

Freundlicher Empfang. Gute Betreuung über WhatsApp, als was kaput ist.

Türschloss Hauseingang unten war - komischerweise später nie - abgeschlossen/ vorgedreht . Schlüssel klemmt . Code klappt nicht bei abgeschlossener Tür. - am Anfang sehr verwirrend.
