Hostal Ten to Ten Puerto Vallarta

La ubicación del hostal es buena y la atención solo de ALGUNOS de su staff es buena, pero el lugar tiene olores desagradables tanto en la planta baja como en las habitaciones. Los baños y las duchas estaban muy sucios, pareciera que nunca limpian. La chica de recepción con la que me tocó hacer el check out no fue muy agradable. Incluso me cobró por utilizar el sanitario que porque yo ya no era huésped, lo cual me resultó absurdo porque recién había dejado la habitación.

Did not meet my expectations.

Smelly, dirty bathroom, Hair on shower walls, several trash cans needing to be emptied, black mildew from leaky ac unit in room, dirty fridge. Bed was comfy enough, Staff were great! The place just needs repair and cleaning.

Low key, no frills hostel in PV. Not the most social hostel I have stayed at. But I did travel at a quiet time. Nice to have your own pod for your bed with a curtain and walls for each bed. Hostel Staff allowd me to keep my bag there before check-in and after check-out. Located in the art walk area with many beautiful pieces of art very close. Cheap, close to the beach

Excelente hostal agregaría una televisión aunque aumente el costo

Didn’t find it clean enough for the price we payed. Didn’t look anything like photos online. Bathroom sinks and toilets were broken. AC worked well and was nice to have. Good staff too.
