The room was spacious

The king bed was simply 2 mattress next to each other. The general ac was cold The walls had some stains and marks on them one had visible damage on it The hot water wasnt consistent The shower head had visible rust on it The bin in the bathroom was damaged

部屋が広く、キッチンや洗濯機もあって連泊するのにとても助かりました。

掃除が行き届いてなかった。髪の毛が所々に落ちていたり、畳の部屋は歩くと少しざらつきがあったりして、私たちが使用する前はあまり使われてなかったのかもしれませんが、きちんと掃除はして欲しかったです。

친구들과 삿포로 여행을 위해 예약한 호텔인데 시설 너무 좋았습니다 위치도 좋아서 스스키노역과 가깝고 주변 이자카야도 있어서 저녁에 맥주한잔 하기 좋습니다. 정말 단점이 없었다고 생각합니다.

房間夠大，有附廚房冰箱及小起居區!

CHECK IN 進房間發現空調未開，內部管路會發出咚咚咚低頻異聲，因連住三天，跟前台反應，服務人員有上來房間處哩，說是因為房間內外氣壓差造成，剛開始確實解決，後不到2小時又出現聲響，這時晚上10點左右服務人員已下班，無法處裡，第一夜真的無法好好睡覺，隔天夜晚回飯店，自行將房間及浴室淋浴間窗戶打開平衡氣壓差，但開窗冷風灌進來，又有路面電車吵雜傳進來，不過至少解決聲響了，既然飯店服務人員知道有此狀況，應先排除，而不是將房間問題留給客人發現在處理!
