Lovely accommodation in a really lovely place. Very friendly staff and owners, the accommodation looks very nice! The bungalow is equipped with many comforts! Lovely swimming pool that has both sun and shade. We really enjoyed our stay of one week over here!

The lovely young lady that served us was polite, courteous and respectful and always smiling…breakfast was simple and tasty. The pool area was lovely and had green spaces everywhere!

To Mr John.D, (Villa Stay) When guests respectfully bring shortcomings to your attention in regards to advertised services and products, please be humble in your responses, we are not attacking you, simply pointing out that we are not being provided with the advertised product! Also, we are on holiday from our business so we do not need to listen to you list the problems with yours! You ranted about the outdated marketing you have neglected to update since you have taken over the business(2 years ago), 15% commission you pay Booking.com, cost of labour and maintenance, the ammenities not provided but displayed in your advertising and being told “that was from previous owner and you are the first to book Villa since then”, all of this has nothing to do with “your” guests. We also had an issue with ordered food! A dropping of animal description was found in a dish and when brought to your attention blame was shifted to us because of where we chose to sit in your dining area and read a book from your public library stating “it fell from the book you read but not from when it was cooked” with many reasons why it could not of been your problem but the guests use of your facilities! All the time you talked over your guests, asking for evidence and proof of culpability, blaming Booking.com and just whinging about how hard it is to run your resort, all you had to do was listen to your guests, react humbly to their concerns and act accordingly as someone providing a service paid for in advance by their guests. Respectfully (Hospitality Operator & Management Specialist) p.s lucky one of your guests found the sixth glass that was missing, could only imagine the bill for that!

The restroom's door could not be seen in side when we stay with whole family.

Very nice bungalows with every amenity you could want! Beautiful pool, gardens, and especially kind owners who were there to check us in late at night. Breakfast was also great!

Stuff are friendly and spacious pool is great! Restaurant is also nice 🙂

Quiet location - easy access if you have a motorbike or a car. Swimming pool was all good with a good design for small children. Green environment with also a lot of plants. The bathroom was of a small design and the lighting inside wasn't sufficient. Included breakfast had a limited choice especially when it comes to healthy options (vegan/plant-based) - but this we see in most places in SE-Asia - at least there was a fruit option... We thought the staff could be slightly more attentive.
