Some of the cupboards and furniture could do with a little repair but nothing was beyond a little tlc

The property was good and clean

The boiler was not working there, everywhere it was cold water , i have my 1.5 year old child with me , he did poo so i was unable to wash him and even my husband wanted to take bath when he went into the bathroom and started shower it gets cold and cold. I think who was managing that property was there to sort out things but he was unable to do that. So that we had to left the property and booked another one for night stay. It was nearly 11pm and we were still struggling for accommodation to stay. It was a horrible night with our little one. You guys need to check first that everything should be working before the guest arrival.
