Appartamento ampio, buona posizione circondata da servizi, aria condizionata nelle stanze, che sono tutte finestrate.

Poco luminoso. Non ci sono le istruzioni degli elettrodomestici, per cui è stato complicato capire il funzionamento del piano cottura a induzione. Mi è stato richiesto il pagamento di un extra di 58 euro che non si giustifica solo con la tassa di soggiorno.

Struttura molto accogliente e ben attrezzata di tutto, oltre che molto accogliente. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro

I arrived at the property at 10 PM. The place was cold (below 21°C). It was not possible to increase the temperature, as the radiators were cold, and the remote control for the air conditioning was not available. The floor was cold. In the pictures, there were carpets, but in reality, there were none. The picture showed a red couch, but what I found was a gray couch covered with a bedsheet. The armchairs in the bedroom were stained and had a sticky substance on them. The walls were full of marks and stains. In the living room, the pictures showed a lamp, but in reality, there was no lamp. The TV in the pictures appeared large, but in reality, it was extremely small. In the kitchen, the trash area was unsanitary. Overall, the location was unhealthy, and we decided to leave, notifying the property that the pictures did not match reality. The owner of this property is engaging in false advertising. Unfortunately, Booking.com is supporting this misleading advertisement. I requested a refund, but neither the property nor Booking.com is willing to return the money. This is unacceptable. I will continue my legal complaints with the European Consumer Centre and other institutions that can assist in such cases.

Easy check in process. Quite good location - close to train station and bus stops - easily communicated with the center of Bologna. Close to restaurants and relatively close to supermarkets. Comfortable beds - both beds comfortable, sofa in the living room was made for us which is a big plus TV with possibility of connecting to Netflix Quite spacious No noice in the appartment Very nice hot water in the shower, toileteries included.

Apartment was quite dark (in the shadow) and cold. Air condition or heating not working - no AC controls in the apartment. We paid extra for the 4th person, but there was not enough glass and cups in the kitchen. Electric kettle was missing. Apartment was missing some decoration - could be more cosy - walls were quite empty. Apartment was clean, however the deep clean is missing -wall tiles in the bathroom were very dirty. floor was sticky. Walls could also use some new paint soon.
