Very friendly service!

Heel fijn huisje, ruim opgezet, mooi uitzicht met jacuzzie.

Op het aanrecht en in de badkamer kwamen veel mieren. Je kon echt helemaal niets laten liggen of er kwamen er echt mega veel. Op hele hete dagen mis je wel een airco. Op de grote slaapkamer wel een ventilator maar op de 2e kamer en kleine ventilator achtig ding wat totaal niet werkte dus erg warm. Niet alle lampen deden het en er waren wat kleine andere gebreken. Dat stoorde ons niet zo veel. Hier kunnen hun niets aan doen maar in het weekend was er in het dorp veel harde muziek tot 3u in de nacht. Ramen dicht, oordoppen in en het leek nog alsof je vooraan het podium stond.

The views are something else, and you can see the villa whilst you are out an about down below! Hot tub was excellent, modern and enjoyable. BBQ and seating makes for easy home cooking. Villa was large, clean, all facilities you needed, and plenty of space for occupants. Nice furniture and beds.

Being picky here, but the TV could do with updating to something larger, with Smart function for content in our own language. Hot tub instructions on cleaning or topping up the chlorine level. We were in it alot, over a week, probably 30 hours, it couldve done with a chlorine topup mid way though our stay, also water level dropped so instructions to cover that also. A few rubber mats to place, as the tiled floors inside and out are lovely, but they get very slippy when wet!

Nothing really. Could do with shower curtain and ovenproof dishes.

Incredible secluded location in the hills, quality fixtures and fittings, well equipped for self catering. Big windows to absorb the amazing views, large hot tub with accompanied views. Large terrace for full day of sunbathing, dusk til dawn, and wraps around the property for something like out of James Bond. Totally private, two apartments underneath that can't look up, walled garden of a house to one side. Traditional style, keeps cool enough at night(September). Wour flight time was changed and asked if we could stay in the villa until we needed to leave for our flight in the evening. The host rearranged the cleaning so that we could do this which was greatly appreciated! We loved the tranquility, the views, the space, the privacy, the cleanliness, the quality of facilities and will definitely be looking to come back. We stayed as a couple and spent 50% sunbathing, 50% exploring. The villa is right next to the start of the paths up to the mountains and the barranco del inferno was just 5 mins walk (without the incredibly steep climb up from Adeje town!)

The following didn't affect us as much as I had thought as dawn doesn't break until 7ish in September Curtains thin and let light through, no shutters. Didn't affect us hence the 10/10. A suggestion would be to have Aircon in the main bedroom. We weren't too hot due to some cloudy days but can imagine in the height of summer it may get hot. This didn't affect my stay at all hence the 10/10 Not sure whether a mistake or not , but the bin wasn't emptied during our stay, so was overflowing after 9 days. Again only really when we left that it became a problem.

Privacy, spacious exterior and interior, spanish design, feeling of your owb house, views - all these were things, why we pick this accommodation. The nature sights, ocean views, city views, all were great.

For us, there is no point of having a TV or jacuzzi on the vacation near the sea, so we did not use those.

I am not good with heights and the premises do have significant drops to 2 sides. It is also accessed up a very steep hill. Most will love the outlook it provides.
