The room was clean

The hard bed and the loud neighbor

Convenient location, clean, and great value

cigarette Smoke inside hotel, old appliances, old bathroom

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Right off the highway so easy to access.

Nothing.

The staff was very rude, the lady came up and got mad over my 1 year old son walking around at 10:50 am. 10 minutes before check out. We had told her that we was getting ready to leave and it was our baby “stomping around” she got very rude with us and walked away. As we were packing our bags I realized I had a $25 charge come out of my card. I went to speak to the lady and she got very belligerent and rude with me stating that “she just had surgery and had to walk ALL THE WAY upstairs to tell us about the noise and it’s the policy that if anybody interrupts the peace it’s a $25 extra charge.” This made no sense to me since we were literally packing up and leaving within the next 10 minutes, and quiet time is usually 10pm-8am per policy and procedures of any other property.

What i liked the most about the property is that if ur lucky enough to get into the right room that has 1 of the old school shower heads....those kind of shower heads with their water pressure blast u so good in a positive way tbh!!

No complaints tbh.
