RedDoorz @Downtown Bacolod

Totally disappointed. It is located in Downtown Bacolod in dilapidated building. You wouldn't even recognize that it is RedDoorz...very far from the RedDoorz in other parts of the Phils. Looks like it is an old pension house because the signage is more of Migz Pension House. The room is so small with not so nice bathroom. Room walls are just plain plywood. Makes you feel scared of your safety. Very far from the pictures posted. I just hurriedly left for a 3 star hotel as a walk-in guest.

Smelly, old , unsafe, aircon not cold, and dirty room. In short its unbearable we did not push through but they did not refund the booking.

The second to the worst hotel condition I have rented in my life. Furniture and bathroom condition I would expect in a condemned hotel to be demolished.

Do not book here. the location is bot safe, the bathroom is disgusting and smells like moth balls, the ac is not cool enough. honestly the worst place i've ever stayed on through booking and airbnb combined.

Location wise, the place is perfect. It's almost like 15 mins away from the most locations in Bacolod

We can hear other guests talking or playing tv etc.

Near to sm and other landmarks

Totally not ideal for family esp. with a child, pictures on the internet were deceiving but the most uncomfortable part are the cockroaches the place was not clean at all.

The accommodation is perfect for my whole family.

The hall and stairs area smells cigarette smoke. Some caretakers standing by are smoking in the receiving area.
