Luxury Vacation Condo 2 Bdr 2 Bath

The entire reason we booked this property over another apartment rental company was because of the supposed pool. If there is a pool, you will not have access to it. The building is very secure which is wonderful but the fob only lets you access the floor you are on, the lobby and parking garage. Clearer explanations could have been provided or even assistance if our host was willing to leave his apartment to help us with confusion especially after giving us the wrong location address. There were no towels for the kitchen and not enough blankets.

Was in a great location with incredible views. The unit itself was not what I signed up for. I was not provided photos and they switched our location. So they put us in another building in another unit not the one advertised. Was a bit of work to get in and out of because you had to go up and down to the 39th floor and get a fob and then leave it at the end after packing up your vehicle. Condition of the unit was rough floors had gaps poorly finish. Cupboard door drawer missing its face no access to Wi-Fi provided and TV remote batteries were dead so couldn’t watch TV. As well where we stayed there was no privacy between bedrooms and people partying in the building so very difficult to sleep
