"Excellent value for money, true to how it's presented online."

Good location on a main route. Room is neat and felt safe. Could leave luggage at reception. Nice café with voucher for breakfast on the ground floor.

Mattress was hard, with base sagging a bit in the middle.

"Ok stay, could've been better."

1. Room and bed was ok. But room wasn't cleaned properly when I asked them to. Bed sheets were not changed, only towels. 2. Front office staff always helpful and nice.

1. There is no free breakfast. The hotel provides a voucher of RM25/day/pax to be used in their cafe. Alll ala carte items and expensive. You have to top up if you exceed the value of purchase. This shld be made clear on their info. 2. I had food poisoning after eating one of the pastries on the first day, a flan egg tart. Fell sick for 2 days. I told the restaurant twice, but I don't think k they removed the item after my complaints. It was still there when I checked out today. 3. But the coffee is good in this cafe despite the high price. Best to book this hotel without breakfast, as plenty of local food shops around the corner in Padungan, literally a tourist street.
