It is a beautiful old house with two rooms, which are both extraordinary. I have never seen anything like it before. The interior is designed with love and is very cozy. The bathroom was good. We felt very welcome by the host, who was very helpful and flexible with every wish we had. Dinner and breakfast was home cooked and also very good. We also did a tour of the old town with the host, which we really enjoyed. This haveli is located nicely in the old town and can easily be reached from the railway station in a short TukTuk trip. We would come back :)

Breakfast was decent and as expected.

Peaceful location in the heart of Ahmedabad old city. This haveli is very clean, well located with quick access to the main Relief Road and to so many heritage houses and temples within the old city. Two cozy rooms, the upper one with balcony. Excellent service, care and respect for hosts, as well as help aside from the hotel, train tickets as an example. Food is also available at any time, fresh and according to our wishes. I came there again with friends and will come again. This place made our stay in Ahmedabad so pleasant.

The caretaker is a nice guy.

The property is on the second floor. There is no lift. The stairs are extremely steep and narrow. Only a very thin mountain climber can do it. All others please stay away from this place. I was promised a GST invoice but I never got it. Even though I followed up through booking.com Even after I escalated the issued to Booking.com

A small property that gives an excellent feel of what living a haveli must have been like - room was furnished immaculately with antique-style furniture and with a modern bathroom. You do have to walk through the narrow lanes of the old city to find it but the lanes do have basic lighting at night, and location provides exposure to life in the old city.

Value for money - breakfast was decent but basic (omelette and toast), WiFi was erratic, no bathroom amenities other than hand soap. At this price point did not seem like good value for money in the Indian context

Very steep stairs but it was fine really!
