M's Hotel Kyoto Station Kizuya

Limpieza no muy buena que digamos. Para quien tenga alergia, había mucho polvo en la habitación. Hay una lavadora-secadora para hacer colada que no sirve. Tuvimos que sacar la ropa a medias (mojada porque no había forma de que la secara) e ir a un servicio externo de lavandería express para completar la colada. Lo demás bien. Un alojamiento sencillo, pero bien ubicado.

Hotel pequeño, bien ubicado, cerca de la estación (no del centro) y con muy buenos restaurantes en la misma calle.

El único hotel que visité que no te dejaban pijama

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very nice-clean, newly maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere felt fresh and well-kept, which made our stay enjoyable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we did have one uncomfortable experience. After checking in with our private guide (who had already provided our passports to another staff member for copying), a staff member came to our room the next morning, knocked persistently, and demanded to see our passports again. His attitude felt unfriendly and a bit aggressive, which made us uncomfortable-especially since our guide was not available at the time. We ended up closing the door as the interaction did not feel professional. Aside from this incident, the rest of our stay was positive. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is a 7-Eleven just a short walk away that has plenty of options, including smoothies, which worked out perfectly for us. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms. With some improvement in staff communication and professionalism, the experience would be even better.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The location is excellent, very close to Kyoto Station, which makes it extremely convenient to reach any part of the city. There are also many restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, so finding food or a nice place to relax is very easy. At the same time, the hotel is tucked away on a smaller side street, which makes it surprisingly quiet and peaceful despite the central location. The rooms were also slightly more spacious and comfortable than what you would normally expect in Japan, which was a very welcome surprise. The check-in process was smooth, modern, and fully automated, making arrival quick and hassle-free. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto and looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-located place to stay.

Hôtel fonctionnel, proche de la gare de Kyoto. Personnel mandaté par une boîte externe donc serviable et à disposition mais tout est très impressionné et vise à l’autonomisation. Sinon rien a dire, ça fait l’affaire pour ce type d’hôtels mais le prix est plus cher et la qualité globale moindre qu’à Osaka ou Kobe. A voir si cela vaut la peine de séjourner à Kyoto même, surtout dans le quartier de la gare qui est peu intéressant en soi.

Le côté trop impersonnel. Par ailleurs, le quartier de la gare est à privilégier uniquement si l’on compte souvent prendre le train/metro (meme si le temple + jardin du Higashi Hongan-ji valent le coup d’œil). Autrement, mieux vaut aller du côté de Karasuma/Gion.
