i did not like my room, so i ask the staff if they have another room, they have and they change for me, so i was very happy also my kids

Location and the aesthetics

The pool towels had a holes, drainage in bathroom was bad and shower kept flooding, the swimming pools were dirty, we chose to swim on the beach for our entire stay

The facilities were great. The pool at the front was excellent. The choice of sunbeds, cabanas, beanbags were excellent. The location was great. The rooms were nice and our swim up pool was a nice touch. The facilities were truly 5 star.

The property and facilities were great but staff service didn’t match the same standard. During the day, bar staff would often congregate and chat around the bar and it was difficult to get their attention for service. They also looked like it was a bit of an inconvenience. We were told that breakfast finished at 10.30am, but often all cooked food was gone by soon after 10am and when I asked for pancakes at 10.10am, I was told they were finished. You often had to wait for food to be cooked at breakfast and it wasn’t readily available. That being said, the main restaurant at dinner was excellent. It was much better organised and the dinner staff at the restaurant were much better trained and organised. Special acknowledgement to Tong who was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to look after us.
