Villa Rosa

On the first 2 days before somebody broke in and robbed us while we were inside the villa . We enjoyied the hot tub sunbathing and the little town just near had everything.

On our 3rd morning we woke as normal opend the terrace doors we sat in the sun we had coffee as we were getting ready for a day out we had our cash on the kitchen bench in side 2 bags we went to the toilets when we came to leave all the cash had been taken from inside the bag and from a wallet also on the otherside of the room just cash english and euros . Somebody had been watching us and came in and stole our cash while we were inside . The owner s response to which he refused to speak on the phone as his english was bad ( bad customer service) he told us we had not used the alarm when we left the villa which we are 2 adults who are not stupid we know how to lock all windows and doors . This had nothing to do with the fact we were inside when the robber came in . After calling the police to which also dont speak english we were told to go to the police station to report it the owner did not offer to acompany us to help nothing also booking.com customer service was so useless and shocking to leave us in a villa for the rest of the holiday were people can just jump over the wall and come in and rob you . The only way the robber had got in was threw the terrace door which we after had to keep locked at every moment when we were inside . not a nice way to spend a holiday . We also asked the owner why is there no camaras or spikes on the walls to stop the robber s he said they were not allowed but did not at all seem shocked or botherd this happend. There should be more awarness to tourist that this can happen not just use alarms and metal bars thats for while your out but this happen while we were inside the villa so horrible i would never wish this to happen to anybody else and i do not believe we are the first . We spent more money to rent a villa to feel safe private instead we felt the opposite . I am very dissapointed with booking.com i thought there was a higher standard of customer care and safty. not this time.

Everything in the villa that you could possibly need. We stayed In The villa next door last Xmas and that has the added bonus of the solarium so you have the sun all day. Perfect location bars restaurants, shops and the beach. Lovely walks along the coast line. We will be booking one of the 5 villas the host owns for Xmas next year.

Very cozy house with all services available. The Whirlpool is quite spacious, 4 of us entered it and the pool was very relaxing and spacious. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook and grill. The manager Antonio was really kind and helpful. Absolutely to go back.

We really enjoy the SPA pool! Wonderful!!
