Uma Sebatu Villa Ubud

Amazing views over riecfields, mount agung and batur. Very rwlaxing, peaceful and serene. Great place to relax and undwind. Very aestheic rooms setup indeed.

They had water pump/tank issues during our stay. The water didn't work properly so we had some period of time with no water at night, during the shower it stoped working and didn't come back on. Unfortunately we also had a food poisoning the night after we ate at the restaurant. We had a discount on one of the meals, and they ler us to stay until later for late checkout at 4pm.

Situation is a good, rice field everywhere, clean weither, good for relaxing, the staff is good n help us if have problem,, over all good

Great rooms, beautiful grounds, lovely staff, perfect location of you wanted some separation from the cities.

Minor issues only, bath in the family rooms needs a bigger furnace to fill the baths.

Spacious villa with nice bathroom in the middle of quiet rice fields with very nice view. The hotel is not too far from Ubud and one can explore Tegallalang-area from there very well. Service incl. Wellness offers were good and staff was helpful. Indonesian meals have been delicious and breakfast was always served on time. Free water was provided as well as pick up services and minibar. I understand some people complain about the sounds at night from small animals living in the area, like birds or many frogs, but I found that quite calming and enjoyed them being around.

Sure it is not too easy to keep a wooden house clean, so it wasn't as clean as I wished after room service, also not the bathroom floor. The mosquito-net over the bed had some dark stains, toilet paper wasn't refilled and one of the sockets had something stuck inside so it wasn't able to be used. Wifi had weak signal and TV was not able to get Netflix running due to the connection, I guess. I personally didn't like the American style meals on the menu, regional food was much better.
